Providing equal opportunities for career development, advancement, and rewards
Prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace
Providing accommodations for employees with disabilities
Providing support for underrepresented groups, such as employee resource groups
Monitoring and reporting on the company's progress in achieving DEI goals and objectives
Encouraging and rewarding supplier diversity
