Invite a New User to Work on an Assessment

How to create an account and add a new user to the Proof Data Assessment

To learn how to create an account, begin from Step 1. To learn how to invite a teammate to work on the assessment, skip to Step 4.

  1. Fill in your email address and organization name in the blank fields. Click ‘Take Assessment’, outlined in red on the image below.

  2. Start the assessment; begin entering your company data, and click ‘Next’, outlined in red on the image below.

  3. After the first page, you should be prompted to create an account. Enter your name and create a password. Click ‘Create’, outlined in red on the image below.

  4. You may now proceed with the assessment. To invite a teammate to join the assessment, click the profile icon in the top right corner of the platform. From the dropdown menu that appears, click ‘Settings’, outlined in red on the image below.

    Note: Only one person from your company can work on the assessment at a time. The assessment will automatically lock if a teammate is actively editing the assessment. Leaving the assessment will unlock it for other users from your

    company. Click ‘Ok’ to continue navigating away, or ‘Cancel’ to remain on the page.

    👉 Your assessment answers should save automatically. Navigating away from the page will not erase any of your responses.

  5. In the settings menu, click ‘Team’, outlined in red on the image below.

  6. On the settings page, click ‘Invite User’, outlined in red on the image below.

  7. In the window that appears, enter the email address and user name of the person you would like to invite to work on the assessment. Click ‘Send User Invite’.

  8. The recipient should receive the below invitation to the email you entered above. After they click ‘Accept Invite’, they should be prompted to create an account and be able to enter the platform.

  9. After receiving an assessment invitation, your home page should display the notification prompting you to complete an assessment, outlined in red on the image below. Click ‘Complete Assessment’ to begin working. Alternatively, you can click the Assessments icon, outlined in red on the left side menu, to access the assessment.
