Invite a New User to Submit Data

How to add a new user to your organization to submit data into an assessment

  1. First, navigate into the assessment by clicking anywhere on the applicable assessment tile.

  2. Once you are in the assessment, click the 'Invite' button in the bottom/middle left of the screen.

  3. You will then see an 'Invite User' pop up, where you can enter the email addresses of anyone who you would like to invite to enter data in the assessment. Then press 'Invite'.

  4. Upon creating an account and logging in, the newly invited user can then begin entering data in the assessment.

    Note: Only one person from your company can work on the assessment at a time. The assessment will automatically lock if another teammate is actively editing the assessment. If they leave the assessment it will unlock it for other users to submit data. You can also "Claim Ownership" of the assessment to unlock the assessment.

  5. If you leave the page, it will double-check that you want to leave. Your assessment answers will save automatically. Navigating away from the page will not erase any of your responses.
