This article is about viewing a single assessment's results in isolation. To view results from all data on the platform (multiple assessments) in a single place, go to this article (Get Real-Time Insights & Analysis of your Data).

  1. On your dashboard homepage, click the ‘Data’ button [outlined in red on image] in the left-side navigation menu.

  2. Click on the Assessment you would like to review the results of.

  6. If you scroll down the page, you should see three options to filter which metric(s) you would like to view.

The first filtering option is the ‘Jump to metric’ menu on the left side of the page. Click here to expand and scroll through the menu of metrics, or type the metric you would like to view directly into the search bar.

The third filtering option is the ‘Filtering visualizations by respondent(s):’ search bar. Like the ‘Filter metrics’ option, you can enter multiple respondents to view the responses. This can also be used in conjunction with the ‘Filter metrics:’ search bar to view the specific metric responses of a particular organization.

  9. To view the raw individual responses to each metric, click the ‘Responses’ tab outlined in red on the image below. From there, the filtering options remain the same as within the ‘Metrics’ tab.
