How to change the primary email address associated with your Proof account

Visit the Proof V10 landing page and login to your account. Learn how to login to your account.

  1. Once logged in, click the menu icon on the top right corner of the screen, outlined in red on the image below. From the dropdown menu that appears, click ‘Settings’.

  2. You should be directed to your Profile Settings page. In the form, enter the new email address you want to have associated with your Proof account in the ‘Email Address’ field, and click the 'Save' button when you’re finished to submit your changes.

    Seeing an error? Ensure your email address is properly formatted.

  3. You’re all set! You should now be able to login using the email address you updated here.
