Submit Data to Complete an Assessment

This article show you how to submit data in an assessment

Updated yesterday
  1. After you receive an assessment invitation, you can navigate into the assessment from the Quickstart home page and click 'Submit data on your own organization's performance' or by selecting 'Data' on the left navigation panel. These two options are outlined in red on the image.

  2. Once you are in the 'Data' section, find the assessment tile you are submitting data in and click anywhere on that tile to enter the assessment.

  3. You will then be redirected into the assessment to submit your data. Respond to each prompt following the indicated instructions, and click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page when you’re ready to move on. You will have a chance to review your answers before submitting.

    • Note on Assessment Questions: If you do not have the applicable data, skip the question. There may be conditional questions that pop up depending on your answer to the prior question.

    • Note on working collaboratively: Only one person from your organization can work on the assessment at a time. You can "claim ownership" from another teammate by clicking the "claim" button.

To save your responses, be sure to click the 'Next' button at the bottom of the page.

  4. You can navigate the assessment by clicking ‘Next’ or '<-' (the back arrow). You can also 'Save and Exit' at any time and continue later.

  5. On the final page of the assessment, you should see the option to 'Preview' your responses and make any edits directly to that question.

  6. After you click ‘Submit’, you can reopen and edit the assessment, as long as it's before the submission due date. If you need to edit responses after the submission due date, you will need to reach out to [email protected] or the organization that issued you the assessment.

  7. You’re all set! Immediately after submitting, your data will be processed, visualized, and available in your own analytics dashboard and reports.
